Currently, the lot is occupied by a 3-story historic theater that will be partially demolished, with several items to be preserved, restored, and reconstructed - including the historic fa├žade. The proposed structure is 356,645 sq. ft. and, when complete, this very exciting 26-story tower will be home to over 30,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 25,000 sq. ft. of cultural space; including two black box theaters, over 200 hotel rooms, and over 200 apartments.
