This adaptive reuse and preservation project is located on the north side of West 125th Street between Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard and Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Harlem. Currently, the lot is occupied by a 3-story historic theater that will be partially demolished, with several items to be preserved, restored, and reconstructed - including the historic façade. The proposed structure is 356,645 sq. ft. and, when complete, this very exciting 26-story tower will be home to over 30,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 25,000 sq. ft. of cultural space; including two black box theaters, over 200 hotel rooms, and over 200 apartments.
