The Corn Exchange Bank Building

Client: Artimus Construction Inc.
Completion Date: January 2015
Square Footage: 38,180
Cost of Construction: $9,000,000
The Corn Exchange Bank building was originally built between 1883 and 1884 in the Queen Ann-Romanesque Revival style, and was declared an historic landmark in 1993. After decades of neglect and disrepair, this historic building is being restored and reconstructed to its original grandeur. The project has obtained LEED Certification to renovate the 7 floors of retail and commercial space in the building, with additional space for roof access and a penthouse. The design has been modeled after photographs of the original structure to reflect the building's historic legacy.
