As a 100% affordable residential housing building, this 9-story project provides over 71,500 Sq. Ft. of affordable living space divided into 65 individual apartment units, all designed with modern open floor plans, large glazed windows, and stainless steel appliances. Amenities for tenants include on-site parking, a community room, laundry facilities, bicycle storage, and an outdoor recreational area and courtyard. When designing this project, we took great care to create a facade profile that blended into the context of the neighborhood, and both reflects and enhances its existing character while addressing the community's need for an increase in affordable living space. This building was also designed to comply with Energy Star efficiency standards, and includes various sustainability features such as solar panels on the roof, and energy efficient windows.
