325 Lafayette Avenue is a new, eight story mixed-use building located in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn. Constructed of brick, curtain wall, and metal panels, the building reflects the forward-looking ambiance on the Clinton Hill neighborhood. 325 Lafayette Avenue is part of the Inclusionary Housing Program and has 117 residential units, 20 percent of which are affordable housing residences. A community facility and commercial space are on the first floor, and there are 59 below grade parking spaces for tenant use.
